  • Advance Payment: A 30-50% deposit is typically required to commence work.
  • Final Payment: Due upon project completion and before final handover of credentials/files.
  • Refunds: Subject to our Refund Policy. Generally, deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content: All content on this website (logos, text, graphics) is the property of ProVista Hub.
Client Work: Upon full payment, intellectual property rights for custom-developed websites or designs are transferred to the client, excluding any third-party licenses or proprietary tools used by us.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your business secrets. Any proprietary information shared with us during a project will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

ProVista Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., SEO rankings, sales figures) as these depend on market factors beyond our control.

At ProVista Hub, we strive to ensure our clients are satisfied. By purchasing a service or product, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Effective Date: January 13, 2026

1. Digital Products & Downloads

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Downloadable Resume/CV Templates
  • eBooks or Digital Guides
  • Graphic Design Assets (Icons, Logos already delivered)

Exception: If the file is corrupt or you receive the wrong file, we will replace it immediately upon verification.

2. Web Development & Design Services

Service-based projects involve significant manual work and time. Therefore:

  • Initial Deposits: The advance deposit (typically 30-50%) is non-refundable if the project work (design or coding) has already commenced.
  • Mid-Project Cancellation: If you cancel during the project, you will be billed for all work completed up to that date. No refund will be issued for hours already spent.
  • Completed Projects: Once a project is delivered, reviewed, and approved by the client, no refunds will be issued.

3. Subscriptions (SEO & Marketing)

For recurring services like Monthly SEO, Social Media Management, or Ad Management:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Cancellation will be effective from the next billing cycle.
  • We do not provide partial refunds for the current running month if the service has already started.

4. Internship & Training Programs

If there is a registration or training fee associated with an internship program:

  • Full Refund: If requested within 48 hours of registration AND before accessing any training materials/portal.
  • No Refund: Once the training batch has started or if you have accessed the proprietary learning content.

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients wishing to cancel a service must provide a written notice via email to support@provistahub.com. The cancellation date will be considered the date we receive your email.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us with the following details:

3. Reason for Refund

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has been approved but not received yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before it posts).
  3. Contact your bank (processing time varies).

If you’ve done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us immediately.

8. Changes to Policy

Yes! We offer 1 month of free support after project delivery. Beyond that, we have affordable Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) to keep your site secure and updated.

How do I apply for an internship?

Is the internship paid or unpaid?
We offer both. Project-based internships are often paid based on performance. Training internships (for beginners) might be unpaid or fee-based depending on the mentorship level provided. Check your offer letter for specifics.
Will I get a certificate?
Yes, upon successful completion of your internship tenure and project submission, you will receive a verified certificate from ProVista Hub.
How do I verify my certificate?
Visit the Internship Portal on our website and enter your unique Certificate ID in the verification section to confirm its authenticity.

Payments & Refunds

What is your refund policy?
Generally, digital products and started service projects are non-refundable. For detailed information, please visit our Refund Policy page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Bank Transfers (NEFT/IMPS), and major Credit/Debit cards via our secure payment gateway.
Do you accept installment payments?
Yes, for larger projects (above ₹50,000), we typically structure payments as: 40% Advance, 30% Mid-Project, and 30% Before Delivery.

My certificate verification is failing. What do I do?
Ensure you are entering the Credential ID exactly as it appears on your certificate (case-sensitive). If it still fails, email us at support@provistahub.com with your certificate copy.
