At ProVista Hub, we strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with our digital solutions. However, due to the nature of digital services and creative work, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds. By purchasing a service or product, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Effective Date: January 13, 2026
1. Digital Products & Downloads
Due to the non-returnable nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Downloadable Resume/CV Templates
- eBooks or Digital Guides
- Graphic Design Assets (Icons, Logos already delivered)
Exception: If the file is corrupt or you receive the wrong file, we will replace it immediately upon verification.
2. Web Development & Design Services
Service-based projects involve significant manual work and time. Therefore:
- Initial Deposits: The advance deposit (typically 30-50%) is non-refundable if the project work (design or coding) has already commenced.
- Mid-Project Cancellation: If you cancel during the project, you will be billed for all work completed up to that date. No refund will be issued for hours already spent.
- Completed Projects: Once a project is delivered, reviewed, and approved by the client, no refunds will be issued.
3. Subscriptions (SEO & Marketing)
For recurring services like Monthly SEO, Social Media Management, or Ad Management:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation will be effective from the next billing cycle.
- We do not provide partial refunds for the current running month if the service has already started.
4. Internship & Training Programs
If there is a registration or training fee associated with an internship program:
- Full Refund: If requested within 48 hours of registration AND before accessing any training materials/portal.
- No Refund: Once the training batch has started or if you have accessed the proprietary learning content.
5. Cancellation Policy
Clients wishing to cancel a service must provide a written notice via email to support@provistahub.com. The cancellation date will be considered the date we receive your email.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us with the following details:
Subject: Refund Request - [Your Name/Project ID]
1. Date of Purchase/Payment
2. Transaction ID / Receipt
3. Reason for Refund
We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has been approved but not received yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time before it posts).
- Contact your bank (processing time varies).
If you’ve done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us immediately.
8. Changes to Policy
ProVista Hub reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
